David is from the United States and has spent the last 10 years traveling the world writing books about history and folklore. He has been a guide in Mexico and Poland, so when he met Imran, it was a no brainer to start a company with him. David strives to find stories that most are unaware of to share with the world. Imran was doing guide work when he met David and they decided to combine their skills to create Adventure Bats. His knowledge about local botany and culture is astounding, as well as his thirst for information about the people, places, and wildlife in the locations we give tours. This desire to learn and share that knowledge sets the standard for the company, even if the rest of us can only remember a fraction of the facts that he can.
